At NEWBALM, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition that you received it
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank/provider)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund (including shipping if applicable)
